Before we start viewing homes, I'll connect you with a trusted mortgage broker to get your pre-approval in place. That puts you in a strong position when it's time to make an offer.

3. Find the Right Home
I'll search MLS and tap into my network to find properties that match your criteria, including off-market and pre-construction opportunities you won't find on your own.

4. View and Evaluate
We'll tour homes together and I'll give you my honest assessment of each one. The good, the bad, and everything in between.

5. Make a Strong Offer
When you find the right home, I'll prepare a competitive offer and negotiate firmly on your behalf to get you the best possible deal.

6. Close With Confidence
